From Roswell we headed to see the world’s largest pistachio, because, why not. Penny was able to accompany me in the store, there were about 20 different flavored pistachios. ( Cinnamon, lemon Chile, prickly pear, habanero, salt, lemon/line, etc) there was flavored fudge, and pistachio ice cream (had to buy that one) a pup cup

A beautiful drive through Big Bend, the Rio Grande River which separates US and Mexico runs through the park. There are border patrol stops along the highways down in that area, but I never saw a wall. At the stops they just asked if I was an American Citizen and they had dogs walk around
