From Roswell we headed to see the world’s largest pistachio, because, why not. Penny was able to accompany me in the store, there were about 20 different flavored pistachios. ( Cinnamon, lemon Chile, prickly pear, habanero, salt, lemon/line, etc) there was flavored fudge, and pistachio ice cream (had to buy that one) a pup cup for Penny and ice cream for me, she did share the ice cream too)
